Are there any specific requirements for adding photos? |

Before uploading your photo, please make sure that you read and understand our photo guidelines:
- Each image should be in JPG format, its size between 20kb and 600kb.
- Your photo should have YOU inside.
- To leave good impression to ladies, it's better to wear a shirt.
- Your recent photo is most appreciated.
- Keep the photo clean and do not upload any of the following:
a. Overtly sexual images
b. Obscene, offensive, or illegal images
c. Details of your sex life
d. Images involving illegal activities (illegal drugs, prostitution, etc.)
e. Copyrighted material or images of celebrities
f. Images altered by Photoshop (or other software)
g. Pictures of yourself as a child or pictures of children
h. Pictures containing any contact information such as email addresses, Instant Messenger nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, etc.
Photos are subject to routine random checks by our moderators. ChnLove reserves the right to remove any images it deems offensive and/or inappropriate. | |

How do I change my profile photo? |

If you are creating a new profile, continue the profile creation process to the "Upload Photo" page, click on the "Browse" button, and select the photo saved in your computer and upload it.
If you have already created a profile on ChnLove.com, first login to your account. Go to the photo page and follow the instructions for uploading a profile photo. | |

I can't upload a photo. Can I use other methods to post it? |

Yes. You can use the following methods to post your photo:
1. Send to the Customer Care Team
Please go to the Customer Care section and upload your profile photo as an attachment. Please include the following details in the message:
- Full name
- Username
- Registered email
- Your date of birth
2. By Regular Mail
You may send your photo to us by regular mail. Please send the photo to the following address:

How can I set up a profile to use this site? |

If you are not yet a member, you may start by joining ChnLove.com for free. If you're already a member, just click on profile at the top of the page.
Follow the instructions, complete all the fields and upload a picture of yourself. Then your profile will be checked and approved by our support staff before becoming visible to the ladies. | |

Is my profile posted? How do the women view my profile? |

All newly completed profiles of members must be checked and approved by us before they become visible to the agencies. Profiles are usually checked within 24 hours.
Lady members get access to ChnLove's male profiles in their local agencies instead of browsing profiles on ChnLove.com. | |

Can I change my profile information? |

Yes. Go to the profile section and follow the instructions.
Please note that you cannot change your name, date of birth, residence country and current relationship status. If you have a circumstance where any of these items needs to be changed, please contact us. | |

Can I hide my profile temporarily? |

Yes. Go to the profile status page of your profile and change your status from "visible" to "hidden." You can switch this back to '"visible" any time. | |

I hid my profile. Can I still contact the ladies or enjoy other services? |
| |
Yes, you can still contact ladies after hiding your profile. You can continue to send Cupid Notes, EMF Mail and view the photo gallery.
However, if your profile is invisible, you will not receive Admirer Mail because local agencies cannot view your profile. | |

What are the profile approval guidelines? Why was my profile rejected? |
| |
ChnLove reserves the right to hide, delete or modify unacceptable profiles. Among other reasons we reserve the right to delete or modify profiles that:
- Contain contact information such as email address, URL, ICQ/instant messenger ID, phone numbers, etc.
- Contain abusive language of any kind.
- Are illegal, such as minors under 18 years of age or solicit contact from people under 18 years.

Will any of my contact information be exposed? |

No! Your contact information provided to us during registration is collected and used only by ChnLove. No personal contact information is ever displayed in your public profile. See our Privacy Policy for further details.
For your privacy and safety, we do not suggest you contain any contact information such as email addresses, Instant Messenger nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names in your self-description field. | |

What does it mean by profile status is "visible" or "hidden?" |
| |
Once you've set your profile status as '"visible," your profile will be listed in agencies which are currently cooperating with us. They will introduce your profile to Chinese ladies and you may receive Admirer Mail from them.
If you've set your profile status to "hidden," your profile will not to be introduced to new ladies and can only be seen by ladies with whom you are already in correspondence. | |
